What level do I need to start?

No experience needed. We adapt every session to your level — whether you have never thrown a punch or you are preparing for a fight.

How do I book a session?

Use the booking form on our site or send an enquiry via the contact page. We confirm availability and next steps by email within 24-48 hours.

What should I bring?

Comfortable training gear, water, and a towel. Hand wraps if you have them — we can provide a pair for first-timers. Gear (gloves, pads, shin guards) is provided.

Where are sessions held?

On the beach and in the rainforest in the Daintree, Far North Queensland. You cross the Daintree River Ferry to get here. Directions are provided after booking.

How long are sessions?

Standard sessions are 60 minutes. Small group and fight prep sessions run 75-90 minutes. Tourism packages are half-day or full-day.

What does a session cost?

Personal training starts at $80 per hour. Multi-session packs offer savings ($300 for four, $560 for eight). Small group rates start at $120. See the pricing page for full details.

Can I train with a partner or group?

Yes. Pair sessions ($120 for two people) and small group sessions ($160 for three) are available. Fight prep pairs train together for $150.

What is the cancellation policy?

24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations forfeit the session fee. Weather cancellations are rescheduled free of charge.

Are there free sessions?

Yes. Tuesday and Thursday at 6 AM — crossfit and general fitness. Informal, all levels welcome. Just show up, no booking needed.

Do you offer tourism packages?

Yes. Train + Hike (half day, $150), Daintree Day (full day, $250), and multi-day packages (from $400). Combine Muay Thai training with guided rainforest experiences.
