Foundation Goals
We build rhythm first: balance, guard, and repeatable combinations that feel natural under light pressure.
What a typical session looks like
If it is your first session, we start with the absolute basics: how to wrap your hands, how to stand, how to hold a guard. These things matter and we take the time to get them right.
Then we move into pad work — slow and controlled. You throw a jab, we correct it. You throw it again, better. Then we add a cross. Then a kick. By the end of the first session, you will have a basic combination you can repeat confidently.
Over multiple sessions, we build layer by layer. Footwork, defensive movement, more complex combinations. The speed increases naturally as your technique improves. No session is rushed — we progress when you are ready, not on a fixed timeline.
Training happens on the beach or in the rainforest. The setting takes away the self-consciousness that people feel in a gym. It is just you learning a new skill in one of the most beautiful places on earth.
