Over twenty years of Muay Thai experience — training, coaching, and learning from people at every level. From complete beginners stepping onto pads for the first time to competitive fighters preparing for bouts.

The approach is simple: read the person in front of you and give them what they need. A 13-year-old beginner gets patience, clear instruction, and confidence. An experienced fighter gets sharper timing, pressure rounds, and honest feedback. There is no template session here — every hour is built around you.

The training is technique-first. Clean habits matter more than intensity. Getting the basics right is more valuable than throwing hard. That philosophy has held up for two decades and it works for everyone who walks in.

Personal training

Monday to Saturday, by arrangement. Message with your preferred time and we will confirm. $80 per hour.

Tuesday and Thursday 6 AM

Free crossfit and general fitness sessions. Informal, all welcome. Just show up — no booking needed.

Tourism packages

Half-day and full-day options. Arranged around your travel schedule. Message to discuss what suits.
