Crossfit and general fitness. Informal, all levels welcome. Just show up — no booking needed. A good way to see if you enjoy training here before committing to a paid session.
Gear is provided for first-timers. If you train regularly, bring your own wraps, gloves, and shin guards.
Cash or bank transfer. Multi-session packs are paid upfront. No expiry on session packs.
24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations forfeit the session fee. Weather cancellations are rescheduled free of charge.
Sessions are in the Daintree, across the Daintree River Ferry. Directions provided after booking.
