What a typical session looks like
We start with a brief check-in — how you are feeling, any niggles, what you want to work on. Then a targeted warm-up: shadow rounds, footwork patterns, and light stretching specific to the session plan.
The main block is pad work. This is not fitness pad-holding — it is technical coaching through the pads. We work combinations, correct your form in real time, and build patterns that transfer to sparring. If your cross is dropping, we fix it. If your kick timing is off, we drill it until it clicks.
Between pad rounds, we add bag work, defensive drills, or conditioning depending on your goals. The session finishes with a cool-down and a quick debrief — what improved, what to work on before next time.
Everything happens outdoors in the Daintree — beach sand or rainforest floor. The surface is softer, the setting is private, and the training feels different to anything you will find in a commercial gym.
Session structure
Each block blends pad rounds, technical correction, and focused drilling so you get immediate feedback on the details that matter.
